This area of our site contains the legal documents that are central to Austria’s liberalised gas market. This collection includes both the relevant European legislation and the key national statutes. In addition, the Gas Market Code (GMC), the general terms and conditions (GTC) of the various market participants and the Energie-Control Austria decisions of relevance to AGGM are available for download.
