Competence Center Training

AGGM Austrian Gas Grid Management AG performs the functions of the market area manager in the Austrian market area East as well as the distribution area manager in the Austrian distribution areas East, Tyrol and Vorarlberg and supports the functioning of the gas market throughout Federal territory of Austria as an independent system operator.

AGGM stands for transparency, openness and dialogue and is equally committed to all market participants.

The aim of our Competence Center Training is to provide you with a deep understanding of the entire Austrian gas market in all its facets and thus underlines AGGM's active communication strategy.

The new regulations of the Gas Market Model Regulation 2020, which will apply from October 1, 2022, are also covered in the Competence Center Training.

Content of the training course:

1. AGGM Competence Center Training

(includes lunch and refreshments, and course handouts; prices ex VAT)

  • In the case of written cancellation at least two weeks before the course, the course fee will be reimbursed. No reimbursements will be made in the event of cancellation less than two weeks before the course, or non-attendance of the participant

  • AGGM reserves the right to cancel Competence Center Training courses at least two weeks before the course date. In this case, the entire course fee will be reimbursed

€ 750, - for two mornings per person

Only the first day Module 1 to Module 3: € 400 per person

Only the second day Module 4 to Module 6: € 400 per person

3. AGGM Competence Center Training in cooperation with CEGH

AGGM and the Central European Gas Hub as the operator of the virtual trading point in Austria (VTP) are offering together a training for the Austrian gas market system.

This training provides a broad overview of the Austrian gas market with its regulations, to clarify the role of the several stakeholders and the regulatory framework for trading within the Austrian gas market.

On the first day the content of the AGGM Competence Center will be presented, on the second day the contents of the CEGH training will be presented.
